Conflict Management Programs
Advanced Team Concepts is dedicated to partnering with healthcare organizations to improve patient and employee satisfaction by providing comprehensive conflict management and resolution programs. Although we are flexible in program design, elements of a typical program include the following:
- Group Seminar to communicate conflict management and resolution concepts.
- Assessment of the causes of conflict for the team
- 360 evaluation through the Conflict Dynamics Profile. Includes perspectives from multiple layers in the organization.

- Option to conduct patient or employee satisfaction surveys to measure program's effectiveness.

Team Intervention
Every team has its own set of unique characteristics that together make up its profile. Whether your team functions at a high level or exhibits some elements of dysfunction, Advanced Team Concepts can assist in improving team performance through the process of team intervention. We work with Human Resource Departments, line management, or administration to identify opportunities to create synergistic teams that build on member strengths. This process allows team members to express expectation and concerns and to challenge each other in a postive manner. Post intervention, we offer the option of our remaining involved for follow through and coaching so that the positive changes become integrated into team dynamics.
Conflict Coaching
Once a conflict is addressed, follow up is often necessary to keep individual team members on track. Our coaching service is designed to provide customized coaching. Team leaders are often the primary beneficiaries and have access to our staff for advice and additional training. Additional resources and referrals are part of the service.
